2013 Vail Invitational comes to a close.
I would like to thank the Skating Club of Vail and Dobson ice
Arena for inviting us back again this year. We enjoyed seeing everyone and
making new friends.
We were so excited to have such a great turn out for our
Skater's Choice Meet & Greet at the 2013 Vail Invitational at Dobson Ice
Arena.
Thanks to Agnes Zawadzki - 2013 US Bronze Medalist, Angela Wang
- 2012 Junior Grand Prix Champion, Lukas Kaugars - 2013 US Jr Men National competitor, Josh
Farris - 2013 World Junior Champion and Max Aaron the 2013 U.S. National

A special thank you the Coaches of these wonderful Champions for
their support in putting this together. The Skating club of Vail for their
help, support and excitement for this event!
What a wonderful opportunity for all the younger competitors to
meet and have a moment with each of these talented skaters.

We are hitting the road!
We are headed to Colorado Springs this coming weekend.
It begins Sunday June 23 with Basic Skills and we will continue to be there for all of the practice ice sessions until competition resumes on Wednesday through Saturday June 29.

First we would like to say how sorry we are for tragic losses
there has been to so many friends in Blackforest. This has been a devastating
event for the entire community of Colorado Springs
and the State of Colorado
with so many fires.
We know of to many people that have lost everything and with
that said, there have been amazing stories of people eager to help with all
kinds of donations. Skater’s Choice has been contacted by many people wanting
to help some of our skater’s who have lost everything. We are working in
conjunction with these wonderful caring people willing to replace items.
We look forward to seeing everyone this upcoming week, if you
are going to be there and haven’t placed your order or called with your “need
list” it’s not to late, we are still happy to have your items set aside.
Please stop by and see us, we are looking forward to an amazing
competition! Good luck to all the competitors and for the parents that need a
cell phone or camera charged we will try to accommodate you again this year!
